From Raw Material to Shipment — Our Tent Production Flow

Because we own the factory and the in-house lab, every tent moves through one controlled line — no subcontracting blind spots, no guesswork on quality. Here is how
a Kaima tent goes from incoming material to your container:

Material intake & incoming inspection.

Fabrics, poles and zippers are checked on our fabric tester before they enter the line — no defective raw material becomes a tent.

Cutting & printing.

Panels are cut and printed to your spec for accurate, repeatable sizing across the order.

Sewing & frame assembly.

Dedicated sewing lines build the tent body; frames are fitted and tension-checked by hand.

In-house lab testing.

Every batch is verified in our rain-test chamber and tensile checks — the same on-site lab referenced above.

QC & finished inspection.

Quality is checked at every stage, not only at the end, so problems are caught before packing.

Packing & shipment.

Goods are packed to your SKU and shipped FOB Ningbo / EXW via Ningbo-Zhoushan Port, straight to your forwarder.
