1. Material intake & incoming inspection.Fabrics, poles and zippers are checked on our fabric tester before they enter the line — no defective raw material becomes a tent.
2. Cutting & printing.Panels are cut and printed to your spec for accurate, repeatable sizing across the order.
3. Sewing & frame assembly.Dedicated sewing lines build the tent body; frames are fitted and tension-checked by hand.
4. In-house lab testing.Every batch is verified in our rain-test chamber and tensile checks — the same on-site lab referenced above.
5. QC & finished inspection.Quality is checked at every stage, not only at the end, so problems are caught before packing.
6. Packing & shipment.Goods are packed to your SKU and shipped FOB Ningbo / EXW via Ningbo-Zhoushan Port, straight to your forwarder.
